Cancellation
An order may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the same through our website, mentioning a valid reason of cancellation. Refund against a cancelled order shall be made by bank transfer to the bank from which payment was received. Cancellation may not be feasible after stipulated 48 hours placing the order.
Return
We have a seamless Return and Refund Policy in place for your convenience. Jewelleries purchased online can be returned on valid grounds only like wrong size or wrong item received.

Refund
We shall start processing refund, after receiving the product/s in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
The refund shall be made by bank transfer after deducting the courier charges, and may take upto 10 working days.
